1. The Promoter
The promoter is: PZ Cussons (UK) Limited (trading as “Original Source”) of 3500 Aviator Way, Manchester Business Park, Manchester, M22 5TG (the “Promoter”).
2. The competition
2.1 The title of the prize draw is Original Source Workout Recovery Set Giveaway (the “Promotion”).
2.2 The Promotion is a prize draw (no skill element — winner selected at random) run by the Promoter on its official Instagram @originalsourcede channel in Germany. Entrants may participate using the entry mechanic specified in the Promotion post, as further set out in condition 3.3 below.
3. How to enter
3.1 The Promotion will run from [09:00] (UK local time) on 17.09.26 (the “Opening Date“) to [18:00] (UK local time) on 06.10.26 (the “Closing Date“) inclusive.
3.2 All entries must be submitted via the specified social media platform(s) in accordance with condition 3.3 and be visible on the Promoter’s Instagram channel by no later than [17:00] (UK local time) on the Closing Date. Any entries submitted after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.
3.3 To enter the Promotion, entrants must comply with ONE of the following entry mechanics, as specified by the Promoter in the relevant Promotion post.
(a) Like, Follow & Tag (prize draw): (i) follow the Promoter’s Instagram account @Originalsourcede; (ii) like the Promotion post; and (iii) tag two (2) friends who are German [or Austrian] residents aged 18 or over in the comments of the Promotion post before the Closing Date.
3.4 No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion. Entry is free of charge, save that entrants are responsible for any standard data charges levied by their mobile network operator or internet service provider.
3.5 The Promoter will not accept:
(a) responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, delayed, not received, or not visible on the relevant social media platform, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, platform outage or change in platform functionality, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
(b) proof of posting, upload, transmission or submission as proof of receipt of entry to the Promotion.
3.6 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.9 The winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received before the Closing Date using a computerised random number generator under independent supervision.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The competition is only open to all residents in Germany [and Austria] [aged 18 years or over], except:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.3 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) photocopies and not originals; or
(e) incomplete.
4.4 There is a limit of [one (1) entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not permitted. Any use of multiple accounts, bots or other means to circumvent this limit may result in disqualification.
4.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
4.6 Competition entries cannot be returned.
5. The prize
5.1 The prize is a set of 3 Original Source Workout Recovery Shower Gels and 10 are available to be won.
5.2 Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
5.3 The prize is supplied by the Promoter.
5.4 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.5 [In order to claim the prize, the winner must respond to the Promoter’s Direct Message within 48 hours of being notified and provide (i) proof of identity and age (18+); (ii) evidence of German/Austrian residency; and (iii) a valid German/Austrian postal address for delivery of the prize.]
6. Winners
6.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2 The Promoter will contact the winner as soon as reasonably practicable after the Announcement Date by sending a Direct Message to the winning entrant’s Instagram account used to enter the Promotion. The winner will be required to respond to the Direct Message within 48 hours to confirm eligibility and provide the details required in condition 5.8.
6.3 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will [announce the [first name and county OR first name and first letter of surname and county] of the winner on its [Instagram (@originalsourcede) [08.10.26] OR provide the first name and county of the winner to anyone who emails [email protected] within [one] month of the Closing Date].
6.4 If you object to any or all of your first name, county and (where relevant) winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by Direct Message on Instagram (@originalsourcede). In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information ( and, where relevant, winning entry) to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. Claiming the prize
7.1 Please allow up to 60 days for delivery of the prize from the date the winner confirms their eligibility and delivery details in accordance with condition 5.5. If the winner does not confirm the required details within 7 days of the Announcement Date, their claim will become invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible entrant.
7.2 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.3 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond to the Promoter’s Direct Message within 48 hours, or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible entrant, selected at random (for prize draws) from the valid entries received before the Closing Date.
7.4 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
8. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
9.1 The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your competition entry.
10. Data protection and publicity
10.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy – Original Source. See also condition 6.3 and condition 6.4 with regard to the announcement of winners.
11. Social media platform terms
11.1 The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram or Facebook. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to release Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram and Facebook from all liability arising in connection with the Promotion.
11.2 Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram or Facebook. The information provided will be used only for the purposes of administering the Promotion in accordance with condition 10 (Data protection and publicity).
11.3 Entrants are responsible for complying with the terms of use of the relevant social media platform, including Instagram’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Use and Facebook’s Community Standards and Terms of Service. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that the Promoter considers (acting reasonably) breaches those terms or is inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, unlawful, discriminatory or otherwise unsuitable.
11.4 Where the entry mechanic involves user-generated content (including photos, videos, captions or hashtag submissions), the entrant warrants that: (a) the content is the entrant’s own original work; (b) the entrant owns or has all necessary rights, licences and consents in and to the content; (c) the content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or any other rights of any third party; and (d) the content does not include any identifiable third party without that person’s prior consent (and, in the case of a person under 18, without the prior consent of that person’s parent or guardian).
11.5 The Promoter and the relevant social media platform reserve the right to remove, hide or otherwise moderate any entry that does not comply with these terms or the platform’s terms of use, without notice.
12. General
12.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
12.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
12.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
